About

I am a Research Fellow at Input Output, working on all things related to mechanisms, incentives and blockchains, either fundamental or product oriented. Previously, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Sapienza Università di Roma working with Stefano Leonardi. I completed my DPhil (known elsewhere as PhD) in Theoretical Computer Science at the University of Oxford, where I was very fortunate to work under the supervision of Elias Koutsoupias. I was also a student at Somerville College.

Before that I completed my undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

My research lies in the intersection of Mechanism Design, Social Choice and Optimization. I am also keenly interested in cryptocurrencies, primarily from an incentive, economic and consensus standpoint. Some of my work is about the research and implementation of governance systems for blockchain platforms.
